Tess Lehn

Tess has practiced exclusively in Family Law throughout her legal career. As a trusted advisor, Tess assists clients on all aspects of family law matters, including parenting, child support, property settlement and spousal maintenance matters.  Tess provides clear and practical advice, and prides herself on being available to her clients and bringing an empathetic approach to her legal practice.  

 Tess has been named by Doyle’s Guide as a Family Law Rising Star – Queensland (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024), as well as shortlisted as a finalist in Lawyers Weekly, 30 under 30 in Family Law, 2020 and 2021.

 Tess is a member of the Queensland Law Society, Law Council of Australia – Family Law Section and Family Law Practitioners Association of Queensland.

 Tess holds a Juris Doctor from Bond University and a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the University of Queensland.
