Robert Lehn

Robert Lehn has extensive legal experience gained over 40 years in practice and heads both our Commercial Section and Wills and Estates Section.

As one of the first practitioners to obtain Queensland Law Society Accreditation as a Property Law Specialist, Robert assists clients to achieve their goals in a broad range of Commercial, Property and Business matters, including Business Structuring, Leasing and Management Rights. He has acted in both small and large property developments and property management matters.

Robert also has extensive experience in the area of Wills and Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Estate Litigation. Robert clearly explains terms and processes to clients and assists Executors in the administration of Deceased Estates, and Beneficiaries in the determination of their rights.  His many years of experience in these areas helps him identify any potential risks and provide strategic advice.

Robert’s skill set is also of great value to members of our Family Law team when they are dealing with complex Corporate and Trust structures which are often involved in determining property division between spouses.
